We continue to carry and sell FRED MEYER scrip with the added convenience of no longer having to order it in advance. Fred Meyer cards are sold in increments of $25, $50, and $100 and will be on hand in the temple office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can be purchased by cash or check ONLY.
Do you need other gift cards? In case you haven’t heard, Fred Meyer sells gift cards for many stores, restaurants and businesses for no fees. These cards can be purchased at any Fred Meyer gift card kiosk and you can use your Fred Meyer gift card to purchase them! You can even purchase pre-paid Visa and MasterCard cards with a Fred Meyer gift card (Visa and MasterCard charge a nominal fee for these). Don’t buy scrip? Safeway is participating in a community involveme
nt program that offers contributions to local programs by registering your Safeway Club Card with the grocer, signifying the organization for which you want to contribute. The percentages (from 1% - 5%) are based on what each card holder spends each month. It costs nothing for the cardholder or Temple Beth El, and all that is required is to register your club card information. You will continue to receive all the discounts and/or special offers you have received in the past. To register your Safeway Club Card, go to https://secure.escrip.com/jsp/supporter/registration/step1.jsp and follow the instructions on how to link your card. TBE’s e-scrip ID number is 500003300. You will need to have your Safeway Club Card number available.
